Hafling, Trustee for the Hafling Family Trust; First Interstate Bank and Trust Company of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, N.A., as Successor Trustee to The First National Bank & Trust Company, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for Oklahoma City Community Foundation; James M. Dolan; Raymond R. Dolan; Charles Golden; Daniel H. Fioroni, Trustee of the Synar Trust dated 5/3/73; Federal Land Bank of Wichita; James W. Miller; Eloie Farms, Inc.; Kirby Hughes; and Ronnie Hughes, if living, or if deceased or dissolved, then their known and unknown heirs, executors, devisees, successors, administrators and assigns; and the unknown successors of Leo B. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applicant, Exxon Corporation, has filed an Application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission to enter an Order pooling the interests of oil and gas owners and adjudicating the rights and equities in connection therewith, in respect to the drilling for and production of hydrocarbons from the Overthrusted Upper Atoka, Overthrusted Middle Atoka, Overthrusted Basal Atoka (Spiro), Overthrusted Wapanucka, Overthrusted Cromwell, Middle Atoka, Basal Atoka (Spiro) and Wapanucka separate common sources of supply in Section 27-4N-18E, Latimer County, Oklahoma, which has been established as a 640-acre drilling and spacing unit for all of said separate common sources of supply hereinabove described; and for pooling and adjudication of the rights and equities among such owners in said Section 27 as to the above separate common sources of supply in the 640acre drilling and spacing units established, pursuant to Title 52 O. …
