Applicant: Carl E. Gungoll Exploration, Inc. Relief Sought: Well Location Exception. Legal Description: NW/4 of Section 30, Township 27 North, Range 8 West, Grant County, Oklahoma.

COMES NOW the Applicant and shows the Corporation Commission as follows:

1.PARTIES: Applicant is Carl E. Gungoll Exploration, Inc., 14000 Quail Springs Parkway, Suite 220, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73134, the owner of the right to drill a well to the common sources of supply named below underlying the lands described in the captioned hereof by virtue of valid and subsisting oil and gas leases owned by Applicant covering portions of said land. The name and address of each party entitled to notice of the Application is as shown on Exhibit ``A'', attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Exhibit ``A'' Respondents in Section 30-27N-8W, Grant County, Oklahoma: Park Avenue Exploration Corporation, P.O. Box 14875, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73113.


(A)By the order set out below, the land described in the caption hereof has been established as a single drilling and spacing unit for the respective common sources of supply. Said order prescribed a well location for the drilling and spacing unit and the common sources of supply covered by this Application, which well location, in the opinion of Applicant, is not, when taking into consideration all of the presently known conditions, proper for the drilling and spacing unit for the common sources of supply covered hereby. That to prevent waste and protect correlative rights, the Commission should prescribe another well location for such drilling and spacing unit and common sources of supply.
