STILLWATER (AP) - Rep. Wes Watkins will work as a congressman-in-residence at the Center for International Trade Development at Oklahoma State University next year, university officials said Wednesday.

Watkins, who helped secure money for the center, will have office space in the $10 million center and be paid $1 a year, university spokesman Nestor Gonzales said.
