STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, and more particularly G. Dwight Wessels and Kathie Rose Wessels; The Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma, an Oklahoma Corporation; Patsy Valentine; The Baptist Children's Home, An Incorporated Religious Corporation, A Ministry of the Baptist General Convention of the State of Oklahoma; The Oklahoma Baptist University, An Oklahoma Corporation; The First Baptist Church of Tulsa, Oklahoma, An Oklahoma Religious Corporation; William S. Bacon and Paula R. Bacon; Park Avenue Exploration Corporation; J & M Investment Company; Earl Stanley Crowder, Trustee of the Earl Stanley Crowder Trust dated June 2, 1986; and BHP Petroleum (Americas) Inc.; and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish drilling and spacing units as set out in special relief paragraph below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Commission establish 160 acre drilling and spacing units for the Tonkawa, Cottage Grove, Oswego, Mississippi Chat, Mississippi Lime, Misener, First Wilcox, and Second Wilcox common sources of supply underlying the South Half of Section 13, Township 27 North, Range 11 West, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, with the units to consist of governmental quarter sections, and with the permitted well to be located not less than 660 feet from the unit boundary. …
