(80343) NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE Notice is given that on 29th day of January, 1991, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., at Conference Room 120, Cleveland County Office Building, 201 S. Jones, Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale, and sell as provided by law, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate and appurtenances in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to wit:

A parcel of land, being a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 8, Township 10 North, Range 1 West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of said SE 1/4, thence South along the East line of said Section 8 a distance of 1317.50 feet; thence N 89c42d00e W a distance of 1585.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North a distance of 790.00 feet; thence N 89c42d00e W, a distance of 316.76 feet; thence South a distance of 790.00 feet; thence S 89c42d00eE, a distance of 316.76 feet to the point of beginning. The East 30 feet and the South 60 feet are subject to a roadway easement, (also described as Lot 11, East Draper Lake Hills, according to the plat map filed in Book 1942, Page 109),

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised in the total amount of $8,000.00, subject to the following prior and superior mortgage on the property: $135,000 mortgage dated April 4, 1986, given by Richard B.
