Reinauer; Kimberly Reinauer; Atlantic Richfield Company, a Delaware Corporation; GLG Energy Company; GLG Energy, L.P.; Patton Royalty Corporation; Mr. Joe Stasney, Jr.; Drillwood, Ltd.; P & K Co., Ltd.; Heatherly Mining, Inc.; Shell Western E & P, Inc.; and if deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns of said parties; and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in LeFlore County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Corporation Commission enter an Order amending and extending Order No. 204,208 to establish 640-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas from the Hartshorne, Middle Atoka, Lower Atoka (Spiro), and Cromwell separate common sources of supply; and amending and extending Order No. 341,466 to establish 640-acre drilling and spacing units for the Wapanucka, Union Valley Lime, Woodford, Hunton, Viola, Simpson, and Arbuckle separate common sources of supply; and establishing 640-acre drilling and spacing units not previously established by Commission Order for the Fanshawe, Red Oak, and Brazil separate common sources of supply all underlying Section 28, Township 7 North, Range 25 East, LeFlore County, Oklahoma; and that the 640-acre units be formed by each governmental section, with the permitted well locations being anywhere within the unit not closer than 1,320 feet from the unit boundary. …
