Michigan National Bank, a National Banking Association, Plaintiff, vs. Keith D. Danks, Kathleen B. Danks, Kay Bonebrake, Ronal Bonebrake, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as Receiver of Citizens National Bank and Trust Co., Betty Woodring, Ernest Jenson, Marlys Jenson, Oklahoma County Treasurer, The Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and First Western Federal Savings and Loan Association (formerly known as First Western Savings and Loan Association of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma), Defendants.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an Alias Execution and Order of Sale issued from the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma directing me, the undersigned Sheriff of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to levy upon and sell with appraisement, the property described on the attached Exhibit "A" to satisfy a Judgment in favor of Plaintiff, Michigan National Bank, and against Defendants, Keith D. Danks and Kathleen B. Danks, obtained and filed in said Court on the 30th day of March, 1989, for the sum of $879,345.50 plus accrued interest through December 31, 1988 in the amount of $114,909.28, plus accrued interest on and after December 31, 1988 at the rate of 6 1/2% above the prime rate of interest from time to time established by Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. until paid, attorney's fees and costs accrued and accruing; I will at 2:00 o'clock p.m. on the 26th day of February, 1991, in Room 103 of the Oklahoma County Courthouse Annex Building, 320 Robert S.
