(81714) AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING Cause CD No. 158,565 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Mustang Fuel Corporation. Relief Sought: Pooling. Legal Description: Section 11, Township 8 North, Range 24 East, LeFlore County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in LeFlore County, Oklahoma, and more particularly: Jack Corman; and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission enter an order pooling the interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of all oil and gas owners and designate the Applicant or some other party as operator pursuant to Title 52, O.S., Section 87.1, in the land described in the caption hereof which is the subject of spacing Order No.(s) 143,694 for the Red Oak Sand, Fanshawe Sand, of Order No. 63,505 for the Brazil Sand; of Order No. 136,759 for the Hartshorne and Unnamed Middle Atoka (and/or Middle Atoka Formation, see next paragraph) all underlying said Section 11, Township 8 North, Range 24 East, LeFlore County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that an Application to Clarify and Construe the Nomenclature of the "Middle Atoka", in the subject section is set February 8, 1991, and Applicant requests that if the requested relief is granted (altering "Middle Atoka" spaced by Order No. 136,759 to "Unnamed Middle Atoka"), Applicant will ask that the pooling order to issue in this cause reflect this change if possible.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: 1) That Applicant or some other owner of the right to drill be designated Operator of the unit well; 2) That pending resolution of Case No. …
