To all Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers, and Takers of oil and gas including Leonard M. Steiner; Lena Steiner; Henry M. Steiner; Edward S. Bowles, deceased; Clara E. Pelot, a/k/a Clara E. Pellow; Mary L. Maughan; Gwendolyn Orear, deceased; Edwin L. Orear; Jeffrey W. Orear; E. Thomas Orear, Jr.; Susan E. Weddle; Aaron Orear; Ellen M. Henriksen; Margaret Mary Kaiser; Jane Ann Hildebrand; Donna Dean Force; First National Bank & Trust Co. of Tulsa, Trustee Under the Last Will and Testament of Hargrove Hudson, deceased; Elsie Roberts; Pearl Royalty Corporation; Pellekaan Oil Company; Lottie Pouder Schneider, Trustee of the Lottis Pouder Schneider Revocable Trust dated 9-3-85; King P. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission establish Drilling And Spacing Units and well locations for the lands described in the caption hereof.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following Special Relief: The request is that

(a) the Commission issue an Order establishing 20-acre drilling and spacing units and well locations for the Hoover, Elgin, Oread, Endicott, Tonkawa, Perry Gas Sand, Osage Layton, Layton, Cleveland, Peru, Big Lime, Oswego, Skinner, Misener, Viola, Simpson Dolomite, 1st Wilcox and 2nd Wilcox common sources of supply underlying SE/4 Section 21, T20N, R2W, Noble County, Oklahoma, each unit to be the E/2 and W/2 of quarter quarter section;

(b) the Order herein be effective prior to the date of issuance of the Order;

(c) the Commission designate existing wells as unit wells; and

(d) the Commission establish well locations and grant well location exceptions for wells already drilled. …
