STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, and more particularly to James E. Thomas, Don Roberts, Ramona Roberts, Lynn Snider, James Snider, Gregory F. Mahaffey and Douglas H. Morgan, if living, and if deceased, then their known and unknown heirs, devisees, executors, successors, administrators, trustees and assigns, and the Oklahoma Corporation Commission Staff Attorney, Zinke & Trumbo, Ltd., Stephens Production Company, E.A. Hoover, Inc., Deka Exploration, Inc., Thomas N. Berry and Company and Stephens Production Company, their successors, trustees and assigns.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish the well location for a well to produce from the Middle Atoka Sand, Red Oak Sand, Spiro Sand, Cromwell Sand, Hunton Limestone and the Simpson Formations, Order No. 62,969, underlying Section 3-10N-26E, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. Said well to be located: 660 feet from the West line and 950 feet from the South line of Section 3-10N-26E, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: Amend the above Order No. to allow a well to be drilled 660 feet from the West line and 950 feet from the South line. …
