(81920) ORDER TO APPEAR AND ASSERT INTEREST Case No. CJ-90-9597 In the District Court for Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

Mid-Plains Petroleum Co., Inc., Plaintiff, vs. David L. Manley, et al., Defendants.

NOW on the 25th day of January, 1991, the above entitled cause came on for hearing upon Plaintiff Mid-Plains Petroleum Co., Inc.'s ("Mid-Plains") motion for discharge and interpleader. Mid-Plains appeared through one of its representatives and through counsel, Conner L. Helms. Numerous defendants appeared in person and through counsel.

The Court, having examined the pleadings, affidavits and other evidence, and heard the arguments of counsel, finds as follows:

1. All named parties should be required to appear in person or through a designated representative on a date certain to establish and assert their respective interest in and to the $13,551.90 being held by Mid-Plains.

2. All parties failing to appear shall be deemed not to have an interest in or to the $13,551.90 being held by MidPlains.

3. The issues of discharge, attorney fees and costs should be reserved until further hearing.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all Defendants David L. Manley, Gray Eagle Exploration Corp., Phil Sharp, Mac Corporation, Lincoln Petroleum Resources Corporation, Gibralter Exploration, Ltd., Tangent Oil & Gas, Inc.
