Southwestern Bank and Trust Company, an Oklahoma banking corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Lester A. Potts, Jr., a/k/a Lester A. Potts and Wanda T. Potts, and Oklahoma County Treasurer and The Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, Defendants.

To the general public and to persons or other entities and their unknown successors having an interest in the herein-described property which specifically includes, without limitation, the following: C.K. Woodard, Esquire, 6525 North Meridian Suite 201, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73116, Attorney for Lester A. Potts, Jr., a/k/a Lester A. Potts and Wanda T. Potts; Hugh A. Manning, Esquire, Assistance District Attorney, 505 County Office Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, Attorney for Oklahoma County Treasurer and The Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

The above-specified and all other persons or entities and their unknown successors having an interest in the herein-described properties whose actual address is unknown are hereby notified of the following Sheriff's Sale.

Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of March, 1991, at 2:00 o'clock p.m. at Room 103 of the Oklahoma County Courthouse Annex Building, 320 Robert S.
