Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of March, 1991, in Room 103 of the County Office Building of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

That certain Unit Ownership Estate designated as Unit B104 and a maximum undivided 0.6924667% interest subject a dimunition to a minimum undivided .003502% interest in and to the Common Elements appertaining and appurtenant thereto in The Summit Unit Ownership Estates according to the Declaration of Unit Ownership Estates for The Summit Condominiums at Quail Ridge recorded in Book 4868 at Page 249, et seq., and the First Declaration of Annexation and Merger of Unit Ownership Estates for The Summit Condominiums at Quail Ridge recorded in Book 4934 at Page 839, et seq., and the Second Declaration of Annexation and Merger of Unit Ownership Estates for The Summit Condominiums at Quail Ridge recorded in Book 4961 at Page 850, et seq., the Third Declaration of Annexation and Merger of Unit Owners Estates of The Summit Condominiums at Quail Ridge recorded in Book 4985 at Page 211, et seq. and the Fourth Declaration of Annexation and Merger of Unit Ownership Estates for The Summit Condominiums at Quail Ridge recorded in Book 5055 at Page 1203, et seq., County Clerk of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma (all five of said documents being hereinafter referred to as ``Declaration''), together with:

(a)A reciprocal non-exclusive easement in common with other owners of units in The Summit Unit Ownership Estates pursuant to the Declaration for ingress and egress to and from the above described unit; and

(b)A reciprocal right in common with other owners of units in The Summit Unit Ownership Estates pursuant to the Declaration, their lessees, tenants, agents, servants, employees and invitees to use the General Common Elements as designated in the Declaration. …
