Applicant: Conoco Inc. Relief Sought: Location Exception Under OCC-OGR 1-501. Legal Description: SE1/4 SW1/4, SW1/4 SE1/4 and S1/2 NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 34, Township 1 North, Range 2 East of the IM, Murray County, Oklahoma (M.S. Greer No. 6 Well).

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in Murray County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Conoco Inc., has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date thereto, as follows: (i) authorizing and permitting an exception to the permitted well location tolerances under OCC-OGR 1-501, General Well Spacing Requirements, for the Basal McLish formation underlying the SE1/4 SW1/4, SW1/4 SE1/4 and S1/2 NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 34, Township 1 North, Range 2 East of the IM, Murray County, Oklahoma, so as to allow a well at a location being 330 feet from the south line and 1625 feet from the east line of said Section 34 (which is 330 feet from the south line and 305 feet from the east line of the nearest applicable property line or lease line), so as to be completed in and produce hydrocarbons from the Basal McLish formation, with such authorization and permission running in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant; and (ii) establishing a proper allowable for the M.S. Greer No. 6 Well as to the formation involved herein, which allowable Applicant requests be a full allowable with no downward adjustment made thereto.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and that the authorization and permission requested herein run in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant. …
