Relief Requested: Vacate Regular 640 Acre Drilling and Spacing Units; Establish Irregular 640 Acre Drilling and Spacing Units; and Establish 320 Acre Drilling and Spacing Units. Legal Description: Sections 17 and 18, Township 19 North, Range 23 West, Ellis County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Ellis County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Anne Clay Berryman; Anne Porter Berryman Rouse; Katherine Berryman Arnaud; George Chandler Berryman & Glenda Sue Berryman; The First National Bank in Wichita, Trustee; MCOR Oil & Gas Corp., formerly McCulloch Oil & Gas Corp.; and Jerome G. Davison; and if any of the above are deceaed, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties.
