To all Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers, and Takers of oil and gas including Kelly Poulter; William J. Begley; Catherine Begley; Homer L. Begley; Glenda Begley; Creek County Commissioners; Dovie Baker; Trio Petroleum Co.; Robert B. Krumme; Patrick Shanks a/k/a Patrick Edwin Shanks, Trustee of the Patrick Shanks Revocable Trust; Sellers Family Partnership, including Leslie Sellers, William Charles Sellers, Davis Coin Sellers, Jr., Janice Margret Sellers Crouch, Miriam Amanda Sellers Capham, Patricia R. Sellers; and all persons living or if deceased their known and unknown successors and all corporations existing and if dissolved their known and unknown successors and all other persons having an interest in the lands covered hereby, particularly in Creek County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant is requesting Pooling of interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in SE/4 NW/4 NE/4 and SW/4 NE/4 NE/4 and E/2 SW/4 NE/4 and W/2 SE/4 NE/4 and W/2 E/2 SE/4 and E/2 W/2 SE/4 Section 10, T19N, R7E, Creek County, Oklahoma, a horizontal well drilling and spacing unit created by Order to issue in Cause CD No. 159,362 for each of the following common sources of supply: Red Fork.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant is requesting the following Special Relief: The request is that

(a) the Commission-issued Order pool interests and adjudicate rights and equities in the unit well, in each such common source of supply, and in each such drilling and spacing unit therefor as a unit;

(b) the Order herein be effective prior to the date of issuance of the Order; and

(c) the Commission designate the Applicant or some other owner as Operator of the unit well, of each such common source of supply, and of each drilling and spacing unit therefor as a unit. …
