Applicant: Nadel and Gussman. Relief Sought: Location Exception. Legal Description: W/2 of Section 34, Township 11 North, Range 19 East, Muskogee County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Muskogee County, Oklahoma, including and not limited to the owners, producers, and operators, in the following offset units namely Sections 26, 27, 28, 33 and 35 in Township 11 North, Range 19 East, and Sections 2, 3 and 4 of Township 10 North, Range 19 East, all in Muskogee County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an Order for an off pattern well as a location exception to Corporation Commission Order No. 354,594 in the manner hereinafter set forth.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief. Applicant requests that the Commission enter an Order for a Location Exception for an off pattern well to be located in the 320 acre drilling and spacing unit established by Oklahoma Corporation Commission Order No. 354,594 for the W/2 of Section 34, Township 11 North, Range 19 East, Muskogee County, Oklahoma to drill and produce the Booch, Hartshorne, Upper Atoka, Pope, Spiro (Basal Atoka) common sources of supply. That Order No. 354,594 established the location for the unit well to be located not closer than 660 feet to the unit boundary in the NW/4 of Section 34, Township 11 North, Range 19 East, Muskogee County, Oklahoma and the Applicant or some other party proposes that said well be drilled in the SW/4 of Section 34, Township 11 North, Range 19 East, Muskogee County, Oklahoma, 1320 feet from the southline of the quarter section and 330 feet from the westline of said quarter section. …
