Applicant: Anderman/Smith Operating Company. Relief Sought: Clarification of Order No. 191,412. Legal Description: All of Section 16, Township 15 North, Range 22 West, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Viersen Oil & Gas Co.; Meridian Oil Production, Inc.; Atlantic Richfield Co.; C.F. Braun & Co.; North American Energy Investors, Inc.; North American Energy Investors, Inc., as Nominee for James Rowland Sowell Trust, Lyon Securities Inc. and Lucius E. Burch, III; and Robert L. Scott; Western Farmers Electric Cooperative; Oryx Energy Company; Inexco Oil Company; and Sun Oil Company; and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties; and if any of the above are corporations which do not continue to have legal existence, the unknown trustees or assigns of such parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an Order to clarify, construe, and interpret the intent of Order No. 191,412 issued in Cause CD No. 80,248, which Order pooled and adjudicated the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Tonkawa, Cottage Grove, Cleveland, Des Moines, Oswego, Skinner, Red Fork and Atoka common sources of supply underlying all of Section 16, Township 15 North, Range 22 West, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, to unambiguously provide that any owners subject thereto electing an alternative to participation in the initial well proposed thereunder, shall be considered to have relinquished its right to drill in said common sources of supply named therein in the initial well drilled, and in any well drilled on said unit subsequent thereto. …
