Applicant: CWF Associates, Ltd. Relief Sought: Location Exception. Legal Description: Section 31, Township 9 North, Range 25 East, LeFlore County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested parties, particularly in LeFlore County, Oklahoma, and more particularly those set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part of hereof and if any of the above named individuals are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successor trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of any such deceased person and, if any of the above named corporations are no longer in existence, then the unknown successors of any such corporation.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an order authorizing the Applicant to drill a well in the NE/4 of Section 31, Township 9 North, Range 25 East, LeFlore County, Oklahoma at a point 2,475 feet south of the north line of Section 31, and 1,155 feet west of the east line of Section 31, Township 9 North, Range 25 East, LeFlore County, Oklahoma, in the Hartshorne and Booch separate common sources of supply as an exception to the provisions of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission Spacing Order to issue in Cause CD No. 159,749 as the permitted well location for the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of Section 31, Township 9 North, Range 25 East, LeFlore County, Oklahoma. The Applicant requests that the well, if a commercial producer in the Hartshorne and/or Booch separate common sources of supply, be permitted to produce without penalty and that it or some other party be designated as the entity to drill and operate the well. …
