You and each of you are hereby notified that Dennis Utsler and RaeLynn Utsler, husband and wife, have filed in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, their petition against Oklahoma Sales Company and the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns of Percy A. Barrow, deceased, alleging that Percy R. Barrow, deceased, died seized and possessed of the following described real property; Lot Forty-four (44), Block Nineteen (19), ALTAVUE ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof; that the plaintiff is the owner of said property and in the actual and peaceable possession thereof; that defendants, Oklahoma Sales Company and the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns, immediate and remote of Percy A. Barrow, deceased, claim some right, title or interest in and to said real property adverse to the plaintiff which cthere has been no judicial determination of heirship of said Percy R.
