Legal& Description: Section 31, Town- ship 5 North, Range 26ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma. TO All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, including: UNOCAL Corpora- tion; Vintage Petroleum, Inc.; Latigo Energy, Inc.; Cabot Petroleum Corpo- ration; and all persons if living or if deceased their known and unknown successors and all corporations existing and if dissolved its known and unknown successors and all other persons having an interest in the lands covered hereby, particularly in Beaver County, Okla- homa. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant requests that Order Nos. 29,573 and 29,958 as amended by Order No. 148,313 be amended to permit a well to be drilled at the following location: 660 feet from the North line and 660 feet from the East line of Section 31, Township 5 North, Range 26ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma. That Order Nos. 29,573 and 29,958 as amended by Order No. 148,313 established 640-acre drilling and spac- ing units for the Morrow Sand and Chester Lime common sources of supply underlying said Section 31, which said Order requires the well to be located not less than 1320 feet from the unit boundary. That the requested location will be closer to Sections 29, 30 and 32, Township 5 North, Range 26ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma than is permitted by the spacing orders covering the listed common sources of supply. That the Applicant be permitted to drill and produce said well at said location for the Morrow Sand and Chester Lime common sources of supply without any downward allowable adjustments and designate Applicant or some other party as operator. …
