NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the Commission enter an order granting the following special relief: Pooling the separately owned interests within the 40-acre drilling and spacing units heretofore established by Order to be issued in Cause CD No. 160,387 presently pending hearing and approval before an Administrative Law Judge of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission for the production of gas and gas condensate from the Upper Senora, Senora, Bartlesville, Booch, Harts- horne, Dutcher and Cromwell separate common sources of supply consisting the NE/4 SE/4 of Section 31, Township 12 North, Range 12 East, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma, fixing and adjudi- cating the rights and equities of the owners thereof insofar as the right to drill and produce from said common sources of supply is concerned, and that this be considered a "unit" pooling rather than a "wellbore" pooling application with the rights of parties in subsequent wells drilled to the named common sources of supply to be determined by the order requested by this application. …
