NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish drilling and spacing units as set out in special relief paragraph below. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Commission establish 320 acre drilling and spacing units underlying the West Half of Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 9 West, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma, with the units to consist of said governmental half section, and with the permitted well to be located not less than 660 feet from the unit boundary, as follows: For the Viola common source of supply, by amending and reforming the 80 acre drilling and spacing units underlying the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33, and combining them with the Northwest Quarter of said Section 33, to form a single 320 acre predominantly gas drilling and spacing unit for said Viola common source of supply; and, For the Simpson Dolomite, Marshall Sand, Second Wilcox, and Arbuckle common sources of supply, by New Spacing. …
