Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order of the District Court of Grant County, State of Oklahoma, made and entered of the 19th day of June, 1991, the undersigned Executrix of the estate of Edith Elliott, deceased, will offer for sale and sell at public auction to the highest bidder on the 18th day of July, 1991, at 10:00 a.m. in the district courtroom at Medford, Oklahoma, oil and gas mining leases upon the following described lands situated in Grant County, Okla- homa, to-wit:

1) Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Three (3), Township Twenty-eight (28) North, Range Seven (7) W.I.M., Grant County, Oklahoma. 2) Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Town- ship Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Seven (7) W.I.M., Grant County, Oklahoma. 3) A tract of land described as:

Beginning at a point 740 feet North of the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 28 North, Range 7 W.I.M., thence East on a direct line to the East line of the West Half of said Quarter Section, thence North to the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Southwest Quarter of Section 23, being the Northwest corner of the original town of Wakita; thence East to the right of way of the A.T. & S.F. Railroad; thence along the west line of said Right of Way to the North line of the said Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Thence West to the Northwest corner of said Quarter Section; thence South to the place of beginning, excepting a tract of land deeded to the A.T. & S.F.
