Americity Federal Savings& Bank, Plaintiff, vs. Kenneth L. Williams, a single person; Joe B. Barnes, County Treasurer of Oklahoma County; Board of County Commissioners of Okla- homa County, and State of Oklahoma, ex rel. Oklahoma Tax Commission, Defendants.

TO: The general public and to the following persons(s) having or claiming an interest in the subject property:

Kenneth L. Williams; Joe B., Barnes, Counmty Treasurer of Oklahoma& County; Board of County Commission- ers of Oklahoma County; and State of Oklahoma, ex rel Oklahoma Tax Com- mission.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, on the 17th day of October, 1991, in an action wherein Americity Federal Savings Bank was plaintiff and Kenneth L. Williams, et al, were defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, com- manding him to levy upon and sell, with appraisement the following described property, located at 1025 Northwest 86th Street, Unit 1401, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Unit 1401 of Willow Run Estates Condominiums, a Unit Owner- ship Estate (according to the recorded Declaration of Coven- ants, Conditions and Restrictions thereof, recorded in Book 5412, Page 971, and Book 5434, Page 571, in the records of the Okla- homa County Clerk, State of Oklahoma) and the undivided interest in the common elements appertaining thereto, and being situated on the following& described real property located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma:
