Appel to Speak at Sales, Marketing Executives Meeting

Magic Circle Plans Merger with MCEN Corp.
Magic Circle Energy Corp. announced Friday the execution of an agreement and plan of merger with MCEN Corp. MCEN Corp. is a corporation organized by members of the O'Connor family _ who hold directly or indirectly a majority of the Magic Circle outstanding voting stock _ Gregory W. Olsen, president of Magic Circle, and certain other officers of the company.
Magic Circle also has announced the receipt of a fairness opinion that the merger price of 22 cents per share of stock is fair to the shareholders of Magic Circle. If approved by the shareholders of Magic Circle, the shareholders other than the O'Connor family and Olsen will receive 22 cents per share in cash in the merger.
Landscaping Added to Bell Lawn Care System Bell Lawn Care System has added a landscaping division to their services. "We established a large customer base for Bell Lawn Care System and wanted to expand our services," said Steven Bell, owner. Greg Jimerson, who has more than 10 years landscaping experience, is co-owner of Bell Landscape System.
Bell Landscape System is available to residential and commercial clients interested in a new landscape design, installation, renovation or maintenance. It specializes in tropical landscaping, garden ponds and innovative designs.
