Barby; Paul W. Barby a/k/a Paul Barby and Mae Barby; Mike J. Albert c/o Idell Albert, Personal Representative of the Estate of Mike J. Albert, deceased; Nelson B. Escue; Leland D. Barby and Liberty National Bank and Trust Com- pany of Oklahoma City as Joint Tenants under Last Will and Testament of Otto C. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the Commission enter an order granting the following special relief: The Appli- cant is requesting the Commission enter an Order pooling the separately owned interests within the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit heretofore established by Order No. 47128 and an order to issue in Cause No. CD 162422 for the produc- tion of gas and gas condensate from the Permian (Council Grove) and Chase Group separate common sources of supply consisting of Section 28, Town- ship 6 North, Range 26 ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma, fixing and adjudi- cating the rights and equities of the owners thereof insofar as the right to drill and produce from said common sources of supply is concerned, and to grant such further relief as in the premises may be reasonable and just; and, that this be considered a "unit" pooling rather than a "wellbore" pooling application with the rights of parties in subsequent wells drilled to the named common sources of supply to be determined by the order requested by this application. …
