STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Haskell County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Sonat Exploration Com- pany; Service Drilling Company; Don A. Holmes; Singer Bros.; Bob Hancock and Rita R. Hancock, Trustees of the Bob Hancock Trust; Edwin B. Lindsay; Frank Ittner; Spectra Energy Corp.; Energy Reserves Group, Inc.; Kate C. Newton; Yale Oil Association; TXO Production Corp.; Marathon Oil Com- pany; J.D. Simmons, Inc.; Galaxy Oil Company; Kerr McGee Corporation; and The Texas Title Guaranty Com- pany; and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties; and if any of the above are corporations which do not continue to have legal existence, the unknown trustees or assigns of such parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an Order to clarify, construe, and interpret the intent of Order No. 213750 issued in Cause CD No. 92709, which Order pooled and adjudicated the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Hartshorne, Upper Atoka, Middle Atoka, Basal Atoka, Cromwell and Hunton common sources of supply underlying all of Section 35, Township 9 North, Range 19 East, Haskell County, Oklahoma, to unambiguously provide that any owners subject thereto electing an alternative to participation in the initial well proposed thereunder, shall be considered to have relinquished its right to drill in said common sources of supply named therein in the initial well drilled, and in any well drilled on said unit subsequent thereto. …
