STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All interested persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons in the SE/4 of the SW/4 of Section 36, Township 8 North, Range 7 East, Seminole County, Oklahoma; and to Nations Bank, Trustee of the Sabine Royalty Trust; and Pacific Enterprises Oil Company (USA); and Bertha Rice; and if any of the named entities is a dissolved partnership, corporation or other association, then the known and unknown successors, trustees and& assigns, both immediate and remote, of such dissolved partnership, corporation or other association; and if the person named above is deceased, then her heirs, executors, administrators, devi- sees, trustees, successors, and assigns, immediate and remote.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the Commission enter an order granting the following special relief: The Applic- ant is requesting the Commission enter an Order pooling the separately owned interests within the 40-acre unit estab- lished by an Order to issue in Cause No.

162849 for the production of hydrocar- bons from the Wewoka, Calvin, Senora, Thurman, Earlsboro, Gilcrease, Crom- well, Misener-Hunton, Viola, First Wilcox, Second Wilcox, McLish, Oil Creek, Joins, and Arbuckle separate common sources of supply consisting of the SE/4 of the SW/4 of Section 36, Township 8 North, Range 7 East, Seminole County, Oklahoma, fixing and adjudicating the rights and equities of the owners thereof insofar as the right to drill and produce from said common sources of supply is concerned, and to grant such further relief as in the premises may be reasonable and just; and, that this be considered a "unit" pooling rather than a "wellbore" pooling application with the rights of parties in subsequent wells drilled to the named common sources of supply to be determined by the order requested by this application. …
