NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief: To amend Order Nos. 360757 and 362499 so as to rearrange the drilling and spacing units in the S/2 of Section 17, Township 14 North, Range 3 West, Oklahoma& County, Oklahoma, for the production of oil and gas from the McLish, Oil Creek, Joins, and Arbuckle formations with the units being formed by a line running north and south through each governmental quarter section and pos- sibly providing that the Order be made effective on a date prior to the signing thereof. …
