NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish the proper well density for the Chester (Order No.

37734) common source(s) of supply to permit an additional well at a prescribed location in Section 32, Township 28 North, Range 25 West, Harper County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief:

(A) To increase density by permitting the Applicant or some other party as operator for an additional well within an existing acre drilling and spacing unit for production from the Chester com- mon source(s) of supply as an exception to Order No. 37734 underlying Section 32, Township 28 North, Range 25 West, Harper County, Oklahoma.

(B) For an explicit finding pursuant to the regulations under the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 determining said well as necessary to effectively drain a portion of the reservoir(s) covered by said unit(s) which cannot be effectively and efficiently drained by an existing well within said unit(s). …
