Standard Federal Savings Bank, a Federal Bank instituted under the United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. Charter National Bank, et al., Defendants.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Stephen R. Dagg and Donita S. Dagg, if living, and if deceased, their personal representatives, heirs, devisees, trustees, successors and assigns and the unknown successors and Drywall Supply, Inc., a Division of L W Supply Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, successors and assigns and the unknown successors.

GREETINGS: You are hereby notified that you have been sued by Plaintiff in the above cause in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, entitled Standard Federal Savings Bank, a Federal Bank instituted under the United States of America, Plaintiff v. Charter National Bank, et al., Defendants, and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on or before the 31st day of July, 1992, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and a judgment will be entered quieting Plaintiff's title in and to the following described real property which is the subject of this action or, in the alternative, a Decree ordering foreclosure of Plaintiff's Mortgage as further described in its Petition, barring your interest in the following described real property:
