NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following relief and special relief from the Commission A Delete _ Order No. 89107 (2-4-72) _ which established 160 acre oil drilling and spacing units for the Hoxbar common source of supply; B Extend _ Order No. 101638 (12-7-73) _ 640 acre gas and gas condensate drilling and spacing units for the Tonkawa, Medrano, Cottage Grove, Hunton, Skinner and Hoxbar common sources of supply into Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 9 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma; C Extend _ Order No. 138217 (2-9-78) _ 640 acre gas and gas condensate drilling and spacing units for the Marchand, Prue, Mississippi Lime, Oswego, Cherokee (Red Fork) and Chester common sources of supply into Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 9 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma; and D Establish _ 640 acre gas and gas condensate drilling and spacing units for the Elgin, Viola, Simpson Group and Atoka common sources of supply in Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 9 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma, and possibly providing that the order be made effective on a date prior to the date of signing of the order. …
