NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that this Commission grant an order establishing initial 80 acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil and gas from the Red Fork common source of supply underlying the NE/4 of Section 26, Township 17 North, Range 5 West, Kingfisher County, Oklahoma. Applicant requests that the 80 acre drilling and spacing units consist of governmental half quarter sections being formed by a line running East and West through the center of said governmental quarter section (NE/4) and with the permitted wells to be located in the NW/4 and SE/4 of said governmental quarter section (NE/4), not less than 330 feet from the boundary of the proper governmental quarter quarter section. …
