In the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

In the Matter of the Estate of Eleanor J. Johnson, Deceased.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Arleen Georgia Manning, Executrix of the Estate of Eleanor J. Johnson aka Wilson, deceased, having filed in this Court her Final Account of the Administration of said Estate and her Petition for the Determination of Heirs and for Distribution of said Estate, and for Final Discharge of said Executrix, the Hearing of the same has been fixed by the Judge of said Court to be held on the 9th day of November, 1992 at 9:00 o'clock a.m. at the Courtroom of the Honorable Charles Kelley, Judge of the District Court, 3rd floor, Oklahoma County Courthouse, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said Estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said Account should not be settled, allowed, and approved by the Court, the heirs determined, the estate distributed and the Executrix discharged.
