NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Oklahoma City on the 5th day of November, 1992, 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Third Floor, Municipal Building, 200 North Walker Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

At which time and place will be heard and considered the application of Vincent and Beverly Garner for permit to locate a mobile home to relieve a medical hardship in the "AA" Agricultural District. Subject property is legally described as:

Tract 15 being a tract of land in part of the NW/4 of Section 4, Township 10 North, Range 1 West, Cleveland County, Oklahoma and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which bears South 00c05d00e West, 2581.10 feet and North 89c52d35e West, 542.84 feet from the Northeast Corner of said NW/4; thence North 00c05d25e East, 463.27 feet; thence South 87c23d22e West, 364.46 feet; thence West 50.00 feet; thence North 88c29d04e West, 72.32 feet; thence South 00c35d00e East, 447.85 feet; thence South 89c52d35e East, 481.08 feet to the point of beginning, being 12318 Julie Street.

As provided by Chapter 59, Section 6200.2H(1) of the Oklahoma City Municipal Code, 1980, as amended, a mobile home to relieve a medical hardship is permitted in the "AA" District upon the grant of a Special Exception.

All persons interested in the above mentioned matter to be considered are hereby notified to be present at the above mentioned time and place in order to present their argument for or against same.

Maps showing the property location may be inspected in the office of the Board of Adjustment, 4th floor, Municipal Building, 200 N. Walker Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73102, (405) 297-2613. Written protest or petition may be filed with the Clerk of said Board at anytime prior to said hearing.
