NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that The City of Oklahoma City requires the services of a consulting firm to act as the Trust Engineer.

In order to be considered, the Consultant must comply with the Resolution establishing procedure for "Selection of Architects, Engineers, and Planners" adopted by the City Council on November 18, 1986, a copy of which may be obtained from the office of the Public Works Department Director.

The Project is as follows: Scope of Work:

Provide specific Engineering Services as required by the Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust (OCWUT) shall include but not be limited to the following:


Preparation of preliminary and detailed studies, cost estimates and feasibility reports as required.


Development of Plans and Specifications for construction of projects required for maintenance and operation of the water and sewer system. In general, the design of projects shall be limited to an annual fee of $65,000. …
