Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of December, 1992, at 10 o'clock a.m. in Room 120 of the Cleveland County Courthouse Annex Building in Norman, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder all that certain real estate in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Tract 17, Being a tract of land located in the NE/4, Section 1, T10N, R1W, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at a point 969.4 feet North and 660 feet West of the SE Corner of the NE/4 of said Section 1; thence West 660 feet; thence North 334.2 feet; thence East 660 feet; thence South 334.2 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.0636 acres of land, more or less, and subject to all easements therein.

Said lands and tenements have been appraised according to law in the sum of $9,000.00.
