Cause CD No. 166184

Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Presley Petroleum Company. Relief Requested: Drilling and Spacing Units. Legal Description: Section 15, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, Pawnee and Osage Counties, Oklahoma.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Mary Jo Sexton; George Sexton; John Lee Thurber; Beverly Thurber; Richard H. Williams; Harvey Glasser; J. Cole Ream; Walter Lamie; Robert Gooch; Spiro Armenis; Robert L. Stallings; Steve Harmon; Joe M. Hale; Kiska Oil Company; The Board of County Commissioners of Pawnee County; Anna M. Taulman; Gene C. Brien; Ann A. Brien; Dublin Petroleum Corp.; or if any of these parties are deceased or no longer in existence, the known and unknown heirs and/or devisees, successors, and assigns of any of said parties; and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in Pawnee and Osage Counties, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following:

a. That the Corporation Commission enter an Order vacating Order No. 167379 insofar as it established 160-acre drilling and spacing units for the Upper Skinner, Lower Skinner, Big Lime, and Oswego separate common sources of supply underlying Section 15, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, Pawnee and Osage Counties, Oklahoma, and that said 160-acre spacing be deleted; and

b. That the Corporation Commission enter an Order amending and extending Order No. 66296 to thereby establish 40-acre drilling and spacing units for the Mississippi Lime separate common source of supply underlying Section 15, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, Pawnee and Osage Counties, Oklahoma; that the Corporation Commission enter an Order establishing 40-acre drilling and spacing units not previously established by Commission Order for the Pawhuska, Hoover, Tonkawa, (True) Layton, Checkerboard, Cleveland, Big Lime, Oswego, Prue, Upper Skinner, Lower Skinner, Red Fork, Mississippi Chat, Misener, Wilcox, McLish, Oil Creek, Joins, and Arbuckle separate common sources of supply underlying Section 15; and that said 40-acre units be formed by each governmental quarter quarter section with the permitted well locations being anywhere in the unit not closer than 330 feet from the unit boundary. …
