Retail, Restaurant Market Experiences Busy Year

Sally Pricer of Bob Linn Inc. Realtors has reached another $1 million in production for 1992. Donna Cohn, also with Bob Linn Inc., has added another $1 million to make her a multimillion dollar producer in 1992. Pricer has been with the company for six years and has been selling real estate for 16 years. Cohn has been with Bob Linn Inc. for four years. . . David W. Jenks has been named a divisional president and general manager for the Century 21 system for the area that covers Oklahoma. Other states under his five regions as a divisional president include Kansas, Missouri, southern Illinois, Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas. Jenks' division provides administrative support services to these regions.

Jenks' appointment is part of a restructuring plan under way by Century 21 Real Estate Corp.'s domestic operations covering 13 existing company-owned regions which are to be condensed to seven divisions. The divisions would provide total administrative support to 32 regions within the seven divisions. There are also eight independently owned regions within the Century 21 system.

The new structure is aimed at making training, customer service, franchise sales, marketing and broker support the key focus of each region, which would free staff of most administrative and accounting duties.

Century 21 is a wholly owned subsidiary of Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. of New York. . . Bill Held has been named property manager for Trammell Crow Co. of Oklahoma City. Held has managed retail, office and industrial properties for private and institutional owners in Tulsa for about 10 years. His responsibilities at Trammell Crow will include property management and new business development. . . Oklahoma City's Parks and Recreation Department received an Award of Excellence for its master plan to improve the Will Rogers Park Arboretum. The award was presented during the Oklahoma Recreation and Park Society's annual conference Nov. 15-18 in Stillwater.

The society is a statewide organization for parks and recreation professionals. It honors "outstanding" professionals and organizations each year. …
