NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission issue an Order, pursuant to Title 52, Oklahoma Statutes (1991), Section 87.1(e), adjudicating the rights and equities and pooling the interests of all owners in the Mississippi common source of supply underlying the E/2 SE/4 of Section 31, Township 24 North, Range 1 West, Noble County, Oklahoma, being an 80-acre drilling and spacing unit for said common source of supply, for the purpose of drilling a test well on said drilling and spacing unit.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is also requesting that the Commission issue an Order, pursuant to Title 52, Oklahoma Statutes (1991), Section 87.1(e), adjudicating the rights and equities and pooling the interests of all owners in the Tonkawa common source of supply underlying the NE/4 SE/4 of Section 31, Township 24 North, Range 1 West, Noble County, Oklahoma, being a 40-acre drilling and spacing unit for said common source of supply, for the purpose of drilling a test well on said drilling and spacing unit. (Applicant reserves the right to cease drilling prior to drilling to all of the Spaced Formations but with any final order issued pursuant to this Application to remain operative as to such of the common sources of supply actually penetrated by the unit well. …
