NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

TO the general public and to persons or other entities and their unknown successors having an interest in the herein described property, or whose interest is sought to be extinguished, which specifically includes, without limitation, the following: Leroy S. Jackson and Vera C. Jackson, husband and wife; and The United States of America and its' Attorney, Warren D. Majors, Assistant U.S. Attorney, the above specified and all other persons or entities and their unknown successors having an interest in the herein described property whose interest is sought to be extinguished, whose actual address is unknown are hereby notified of the following sheriff's sale.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 23rd day of February, 1993, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., at Room 103 Courthouse Annex, 320 Robert S. Kerr adjacent to the Oklahoma County Courthouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Lot Two (2), in Block Four (4), PARK ESTATES, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.

Subject to a first mortgage held by Federal National Mortgage Association in the amount of $6,051.09.

subject to unpaid taxes, if any, and advancements by Plaintiff for necessary expenses, said property having been duly appraised at $6,000.00. Further; if this action includes the foreclosure of a federal tax lien, The United States of America may have, after the date of the Sheriff's Sale, an additional 120 days to exercise its right of redemption under Title 18, Section 2410 of the United States Code.
