You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-93-282-10, wherein Quail Creek Bank, N.A., a national banking association is Plaintiff and Baird W. Trice, et al., are Defendants, and unless you answer the Petition of the Plaintiff filed against you on or before the 15th day of April, 1993, the allegations of the Petition of the Plaintiff will be taken as true and judgment rendered as prayed for, in the sum of $380,062.65, together with interest, abstract expense, attorney fees and costs, and the above named Defendants', Baird W. Trice as Trustee of the BAT Revocable Trust Agreement Dated 8/30/90; Baird W.
