STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Caddo County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Arnold, Claude C., Trustee of the Claude C. Arnold Revocable Living Trust dated 5/11/87; Bamburg, Effie Maxine; Cherry, J.W., Jr.; Commissioner of Land Office State of Oklahoma; Cook, Marie; Enogex Inc.; Jones, Lindley O. and Lavada J. Jones; Kuhlman, Brian K.; Kuhlman, Curtis H.; Kuhlman, Donald R.; Kuhlman, Jimmy F.; Kuhlman, Murl R.; Kuhlman, Stanley Joseph; Kuhlman, Verl F.; Marathon Oil Company; Neimann, Grace H. a/k/a Grace H. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish the proper well density for the Hoxbar Order No. to be entered in CD 164853 common source of supply to permit an additional well at a prescribed location in Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 9 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief:

A To increase density by permitting the Applicant or some other party as operator for an additional well within an existing 640 acre drilling and spacing unit for production from the Hoxbar common source of supply as an exception to Order No. to be entered in CD 164853 underlying Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 9 West, Caddo County, Oklahoma.

B For an explicit finding pursuant to the regulations under the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 determining said well as necessary to effectively drain a portion of the reservoir(s) covered by said unit(s) which cannot be effectively and efficiently drained by an existing well within said unit(s). …
