Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicants: Jim E. Hodgson and Betty L. Hodgson. Relief Sought: Drilling and Spacing Units. Legal Description: All of Section Eleven (11), Township Twenty-Seven (27) North, Range Eleven (11) West, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers, and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Treva A. Arnold, Carl E. Hodgson, James A. Hodgson, Orie Hodgson, Lena D. Johnson, R. Verl and Doris R. Littlefield, Steven T. Littlefield, Pauline McNett, Nossaman Farms, Incorporated, Janice Pace, Gael Young, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, William H. Davis and PetroCorp Incorporated; and, if any of the above named parties are deceased, the unknown heirs, personal representatives, devisees, trustees, and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above named parties; and, if any of the above are corporations which do not continue to have a legal existence, the unknown trustees or assigns of such parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicants in this cause are requesting the following special relief:

a. Amending that portion of Order No. 317815, which established Section 11-T27N-R11W, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, as a 640-acre drilling and spacing unit for the production of gas from the Misener, Viola and Wilcox common sources of supply by deleting therefrom said Section 11; and

b. Extend the provisions of Order No. 271178, as extended by Order No. 350372, which established 160-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas from the Misener, First Wilcox, and Second Wilcox common sources of supply to cover and include all of Section 11-T27N-R11W, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, with the 160-acre drilling and spacing units to consist of governmental quarter sections, and with the permitted wells for each unit to be located not less than 660d from the boundaries of each governmental quarter section. …
