Florafax Renews Agreement to Extend Credit
TULSA _ Florafax International Inc. has renewed an agreement
with PNC Bank, Kentucky Inc. extending Florafax's $1.3 million
secured credit and its credit card processing agreements. The
Tulsa company agreed, as of Aug. 1, to deposit $50,000 monthly in
a PNC interest bearing account to collateralize the extension of
credit. Florafax also agreed to have on deposit with PNC at
least $1 million on or before Nov. 15. PNC has agreed to further
extend the company's credit card processing agreements to Nov.
15, 1994, on condition Florafax is in compliance with its renewed
agreements with PNC.
Separately, Florafax announced that two of its directors, T.
Craig Benson and William E. Mercer, have collectively exercised
options to purchase 150,000 shares of the company's common stock.
The company had 5,348,874 issued and outstanding common shares
prior to the issuance of shares exercised by Benson and Mercer.

services to its member florists as well as full service credit
card processing for thousands of U.S. businesses and
Building Leased for VIP Pagers
A 2,850-square-foot building at 2234-2236 NW 39th St., owned
by Bobby J. Darnell, has been leased for the headquarters of VIP
Pagers. Expected move-in date is Sept. 1. David York operates
VIP Pagers. Jill Davis-Collier with Jerry Hocker and Associates
Inc. in Oklahoma City negotiated the lease.
Business Communicators to Meet Thursday
The International Association of Business Communicators will
meet from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Metro Tech. Matthew
Stratton of Tinker Credit Union and Jim Quillen and Linda
Haneborg of Express Personnel Services will speak on finances for
communications professionals. Discussion will cover different
aspects of their involvement in financial planning. Cost is $10

Bright Side Lighting, a manufacturer of high technology,
energy efficient lighting systems, is opening a new office and

Lester to Speak to Trade Association
Andrew Lester, attorney, will discuss his experiences in
establishing a judicial system in Ukraine and Moldavia at a
Tuesday luncheon meeting of the Oklahoma City International Trade

Small Business Group to Discuss Factoring
The National Small Business Chamber of Commerce will present a
program on factoring at its Thursday luncheon meeting. Russell
Foote of Sanco Financial Corp. will discuss the method of
financing which turns accounts receivables into cash. The
