Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, on the 5th day of August, 1993, in an action wherein Guaranty Bank Trust Co. was Plaintiff, and William H. Bynum, Jr. and Shirley Bynum a/k/a Shirley I. Bynum, husband and wife, et al. were Defendants, directed to me, the undersigned Sheriff of Oklahoma County, commanding me to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma:

Lot Eighteen (18), Block Five (5), of NORTHRIDGE ADDI-TION, to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, (commonly known as 8417 N.W. 90th, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma);

to satisfy the judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Defendants William H. Bynum, Jr. and Shirley Bynum a/k/a Shirley I. Bynum, husband and wife, et al., on its cause of action, wherein the Court found there was due Plaintiff the principal sum of $35,744.88, plus accrued interest of $1,717. …
