In the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

In the Matter of the Guardianship of Melvin L. Parham, an incapacitated person.

Jim Lane a/k/a James F. Lane, Personal Representative of the above captioned Estate, having filed in this Court the Final Account of the administration of the Guardianship of the Person and Estate of Melvin L. Parham and Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Distribution of Estate and Final Discharge:

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the hearing of the same is hereby fixed not less than 20 days after the filing of the same.

All persons interested in said estate should be notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said account should not be settled and allowed and that the said estate be distributed, and the Personal Representative discharged.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that a hearing on this matter, which will include a hearing upon various matters requested therein to be taken in consideration by the Court, be set on the 22nd day of September, 1993, at 9:00 o'clock a. …
