INVITATION FOR

REDEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS

The Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority invites the presentation of written proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of Redevelopment Parcel No. 16-1 and 17-2, located within the boundaries of the Central Business District No. 1-A Urban Renewal Project Area, consisting of all of the following described property:

The North Half (N/2) of Block 4, South Oklahoma City Addition, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, according to plat thereof. OCURA Disposition Parcel 16-1; and

Lots 1 thru 5, Block 5, South Oklahoma City Addition, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, according to plat thereof. OCURA Disposition Parcel 17-2.

The redevelopment parcel abovedescribed is offered for purchase and redevelopment pursuant to the Central Business District No. 1-A Urban Renewal Plan, as amended.

The selection process will be initiated by the submission of formal written proposals to the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority in accordance with the requirements contained in the redevelopment proposal package. The written proposals will be received in the office of the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority, Suite 2400, 204 North Robinson, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, until 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of November, 1993. All proposals will be publicly opened at 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of November, 1993, in the conference room at the offices of the Authority located at Suite 2400, 204 North Robinson, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102.

A certified check, United States postal money order, or surety bond with a company listed in the latest issue of the United States Treasury Circular No. 570, and in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposed purchase price must be submitted along with the proposal as a good-faith deposit.

The evaluation and redevelopment proposal shall be based upon the principal criteria of:
