Applicant: Gulf Production Corp. Relief Sought: Pooling. Land Covered: W/2 SE/4 of Section 21, Township 15 North, Range 3 West, Logan County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Logan County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Alpine, Inc.; Christian Broadcasting Network, Inc.; Clark D. Rother; Duncan M. Bowie; Global Natural Resources Corporation of Nevada; Hall Production Co., Inc.; Isabel Caiar Pauly and Homer Caiar; Jane B. Mattson; John C. Shipley; Magnolia Petroleum Company (now Mobil Oil Corporation); Matson Royalty Company; Meridian Oil Production, Inc.; Mobil Exploration Producing U.S., Inc.; Mobil Oil Corporation; Muirfield Resources Company; Neil M. Wood; Pacific Enterprises ABC Corporation; Sugarberry Oil Gas Corporation; F.J. Meyer, a/k/a F.J. Meyer, Sr.; Mildred L. Mench and, if any of the above named individuals are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successor trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of any such deceased person; and, if any of the above named corporations are no longer in existence, then the unknown successors of any such corporation.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant an order pooling the interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Viola, Simpson Dolomite, 2nd Wilcox, Hunton, Cleveland Sand, Red Fork, Bartlesville, Skinner, Prue, Pawhuska, Oread, Carmichael, Endicott, Elgin, Tonkawa common sources of supply underlying the W/2 SE/4 of Section 21, Township 15 North, Range 3 West, Logan County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: Designation of the Applicant or some other party as operator of the unit well; and, the Applicant shall request at the hearing that the order provide that any owner electing an alternative to participation in the initial well drilled thereunder shall be deeemed to have relinquished all of its working interests and right to drill in the unit and common sources of supply named herein as to such well and any wells drilled subsequent thereto. …
